Every book at Bazriio is hand-picked by our team. We focus on titles across Literature & Fiction, Romance, and Self-Help that we believe are impactful, well-written, and worthy of a place on your shelf.

Placing Your Order

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure Stripe gateway, as well as payments through PayPal.

2. How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?

The charge on your statement will appear under our registered company name, “AVERY SANTIAGO RARE BOOKS LLC”, to ensure clarity.

3. Can I cancel my order once it’s placed?

You have a 12-hour window after your purchase to request a cancellation. After this time, your order is being prepared for shipment by our team and cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship your books from?

To ensure quality control and careful handling, all books are shipped directly from our facility located in 8605 Santa Monica Blvd #852349 West Hollywood, CA 90069, USA

2. What is the total time to receive my order? You can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 11 business days. This includes 2-4 business days for our team to process and pack your order, and 5-7 business days for USPS to deliver it.

Returns & Customer Support

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, you may return it for a refund, provided it is in its original, unread condition. 2. What should I do if my book arrives with imperfections?
