Bazriio is an online-only bookstore operated by WTBK LLC. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver every order placed at bazriio.com.

1 Order Processing

  • Business hours – Monday → Friday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Cut-off – Orders submitted before 06:00 PM PT enter the same-day queue; later orders move to the next business day.

  • Handling time – Picking and packing takes 2 – 4 business days (weekends & US federal holidays excluded).

2 Shipping Method & Carrier

  • All parcels ship with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, selected automatically by weight and size.

  • A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of carrier acceptance.

  • Signature confirmation is required for orders over USD 399.

3 Delivery Estimates

After USPS acceptance, transit time is 5 – 7 business days (Monday → Friday). Delivery windows exclude processing time.

4 Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on merchandise subtotals USD 199.00 or more.

  • Flat USD 7.99 on subtotals below USD 199.00.

  • No handling fees or hidden surcharges are ever added.

5 Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

6 Sales Tax

A 5 % sales tax is applied at checkout in compliance with federal and state laws. The tax is displayed transparently before payment.

7 Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please provide a complete, deliverable address.

  • Address-change requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase via contact@bazriio.com. Once an order is packed, we cannot modify the address.

8 Delivery Issues

  • Damaged on arrival – Email photos within 5 days for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in transit – If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, we file a USPS claim and resolve the issue within 5 – 7 business days.

  • Delayed or out-of-stock items – We’ll email within 2 business days; you may choose a refund or a revised delivery date.

9 Returns & Exchanges

Unopened books may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
