At Bazriio, we want you to feel completely satisfied with the books you choose to bring into your life. If for any reason a book isn’t the right fit, we have a simple and thoughtful return process to assist you.

A Time for Consideration: Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if a book is the right companion for you and to initiate a return.

Conditions for a Book’s Return

To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original, unread, and pristine condition. This means no bent pages, cracked spines, or any other signs of wear. It must be in a state where it can be offered to another reader.

We accept returns for most reasons, from items that arrived damaged or incorrect, to instances where you have simply changed your mind.

The Journey of Returning a Book

  1. Begin the Conversation: Please start by sending an email to our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged items, please attach photos.

  2. Receive Guidance: Our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days, providing you with the US-based return address and any necessary instructions.

  3. Send the Book Home: Please package the book carefully to protect it on its journey back to us.

Fairness in Return Shipping Costs

Our principle is fairness. We handle return shipping costs in two ways:

  • When the Responsibility is Ours: If you are returning a book because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bazriio will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost.

  • When It Is Your Choice: If you are returning a book due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email. If the book is in eligible condition, your refund will be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal.

Exceptions to Our Policy

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

On Exchanges

The best way to find a different story that’s a better fit is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the book you desire.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order is being prepared by our team and cannot be canceled.

Regarding Fees

We believe in transparency. Bazriio does not charge any restocking fees.
